I'm going to pretend that this is a legitimate question regarding plastic diaper covers for babies. Put the baby in the diaper as normal and then put the plastic cover over the diaper. It's not fool-proof but it should help.

Are these to take into hospital for Labour? I think you ought to wear a pad with them. THey look disgusting, I have bought cheap pants that i can throw away... that way i keep some of my dignity when giving birth!!!!!
