You believe sience already have the answer to evolution. Did you know for a long time sience tought that bigger objects fall faster that smaller ones? We all know it was proven wrong. Evolution is not science, it is a religion. Here is allot of evolutionist here, you cannot prove the big bang theory, you cannot prove evolution, you "believe" in evolution, and if you believe in something, doesnt it make it your religion? My religion says "GOD", your's say "milions of years ago", mine just sounds more to be true, because I give an answer, GOD. Yours say millions of years, or long long ago, there was a dwarth, and bla bla bla bla...... Sounds like a story book to me.

God is the fairy tale ignorant people created because they did not understand the world around them. Where did God come from?

"Story book" is an interesting phrase you used. Have you read the Bible? It's full of nonsensical inconsistencies. It's nothing more than a very elaborate tale, woven and written by man over time...much like the "evolution" you describe. The only (critical), difference is that there is historical proof of evolution.

Are you about to shake your head and spout that dinosaurs are a myth? That Adam and Eve populated the whole of the Earth? Methinks the almighty Lord considered incest a sin even back then, so there goes that theory.

This comes straight to you from a Catholic. I beleive in a higher power. I beleive in this day and age we as a global community, need to progress, (not digress) in terms of understanding and acceptance of race, creed, colour and religon.

I have little patience for those that simply disregard the opinions of others because of their beleifs. Or far worse, kill for them in the name of God. Any "God" that calls for the slaughter of innocents must be the only one that will get you a one way rocket trip to Hell.

Wow, did I ever get off track, sorry. Long story short....do a bit of reading in regard to evolution, it may expand your horizons. After all, there is a reason why Blind Cave Fish are blind....it's called evolution. No light, ergo, no eyes needed. If you want to carry it further you can look at how the average height of a man has increased by 1-2 feet in the last hundred or so years. During the midevil ages the swords were almost as tall as the knights that weilded them.

Just some food for thought my religious friend.

Wrong! I don't believe science has the answer to evolution. I think it can know evolution is a fact, but there are still a lot of loose ends.

Wrong! Science just failed to consider other elements like the resistence of the air when objects fall. Science is evolving, too, as it gathers more information and more elements to judge from.

Wrong! Evolution is not a science OR a religion. (I can't believe this has even got to be cleared out in the 21st century!) Do you know what science and religion actually mean? Evolution is a scientific theory. And before you get started, "theory" in science is not the same as in ordinary words. See the link below for further details.

Wrong! I don't "believe" in evolution. I know evolution is a fact, just as much as 2+2=4 is a fact.

Wrong! Just because you have an answer, doesn't mean it's got to be the truth. Ask me any question, the very wildest one. And I'll tell you an answer. Even more, I can give you my answer even before you ask the question. My answer to your question is "Yellow". See? I didn't even know your question. Aren't I right?

If the creation story of the Bible is literally true, then what about this part:

Then God said, "Let there be a dome in the middle of the waters, to separate one body of water from the other." And so it happened: God made the dome, and it separated the water above the dome from the water below it. God called the dome "the sky." Evening came, and morning followed - the second day. (Genesis 1:6-8)

What happened to this great dome that holds back the water in the sky? How do rockets penetrate it and satellites beam signals through it? Why don't airplanes run into it?

Water evaporates, forms clouds, condenses at high altitude, and falls to earth as rain. It isn't held in the sky by a giant dome.

The quote above proves that the first chapter of Genesis contains things that are not literally true. So why do you still believe the rest of the chapter is the literal truth while the world around us clearly says that it is not?

Let me start out with theory....theories are made to explain facts and can make future predictions on similar cases. I repeat, it can make future predictions. Now, when you give the example that we used to believe bigger objects fall faster than smaller ones, how do you suppose they figured that out? THrough repeatable experimentation. How can you even start by proving the existance of god?

Um... while you cannot prove the big bang theory, a lot of evidence points towards that as an explanation on a lot of facts.. as to why galaxies are floating apart and such. If you want to prove that it is not the right theory, then show proof. Yelling GOd is like me saying a spaghetti meatball monster created the universe.

Your bible is a storybook, my friend. You cannot truthfully answer GOD because you did not witness it with your own eyes and cannot scientifically prove that God created anything. The bible is not proof as it was written by man who claim many things to be true that can never be proven.

Evolution is not a religion. Many aspects of evolution have been proven over and over again. And it was BILLIONS of years ago. This I believe with every breath I take because it has been PROVEN.

The ToE is the foundation theory of Biology. If the science of Biology didn;t work, then there would be a problem with the ToE. Biology is one of the more reliable sciences.

Unless you imagine that we create new flu vaccines every year just for the fun of it, you are enjoying the products that we have found thanks to the study of Biology, which is based on the ToE.

You can go back to sticking your fingers in your ears and singing again. Plainly any evidence I bring up is not going to be even considered, let alone examined.

evolution has absolutely nothing to do with religion, except in the twisted minds of small, ignorant people and if any of you got a real education, you might just see that. And no, some Baptist fundy college does not educate anybody about science.

No add to your question.

What is strange to me is that apparently the age of the earth and universe is becoming older according to evolutionists. You see they first believed the earth was a million years old, then 10million, then 20, 30, today its about 60million.

WOW! they have such an amazing religion, it changes every day some scientist "discovers" something new, they should get there facts straight. You see at least us bible believing christians believe the same thing since day 1, our believes are not based on biased opinions of some ill-observing individual.
