Too much milk, juice & buttermilk can have bad effects on the body. Of course, we all know that cola has that effect too. The key to a good diet is balance.

Ignorance, many people have been misinformed about milk and actually think it isn't good for you. I've been drinking whole milk for 65 years, am not overweight and have low cholesterol. How can anyone eat a peanut butter sandwich, chocolate cake, or a hot dog without a big glass of milk? We all will die one day, why not enjoy the little things?

I think it is bad to be drinking milk anyway. We are the only animals that willingly drinks milk from another animal. Might as well latch on to a cows nipples if we like the milk so much. After we grow teeth and chew...we are weaned and do not need milk. I have not had it in 20 years and am doing very well. My cholestral levels are great. SO are bones and teeth. You know what the white stuff is in milk? It is FAT. it is not healthy. It is only big business that markets the milk.

Milk is for infants, not adults. Only human adults drink milk.
Maybe it's like breast feeding. I think republicans drink a lot of milk. And, they need mommy and daddy (state and church) to tell them what they think.

I think alot of it has to do with the schools having soda machines in the cafeterias. And I think it is ridiculous. And sodas are cheaper too.
