I have used a lot of different Folder Protection programs and I finally found one that worked perfectly.

http://www.folder-password-expert.com/

The problem with other programs is that they hide the folders by using a password protected program to un-hide them. That was not what I was looking for. With this program you right click the folder and select "lock this folder". You enter your password twice and that's it. When you want to open it, you double click the folder and it asks for your password. It's that simple. A little expensive, but you get what you pay for. Don't expect to use this program on multiple computers because they give you a code for that specific computer only. I hope this helped.

Use the file cabinet with a key and store all physical password on a paper and file it there. Not on the computer!
