But, all fats are not equal, Saturated fats are terrible on the body. Sat. Fats cause your bad cholesteral to go up. Unsaturated fat are benificail for the body. Nuts are loaded with calories because of the fats. Nuts are great for you because they have very little saturated fats, where as pork is just the opposite.

people who live in Scandinavia use a lot of butter and fats in order the calories will be used as shield for the cold..
so as you see people who live in countries with low temperatures include in their meals a lot of calories..
moreover sweets. the sugar turns into carbohydrate and it is not so easy to be consumed

well proteins have the least amount of calories while fats have the most. but carbs and complex carbs are the ones that are the most difficult to break down by the body and there fore they are stored as fat faster than the proteins or the fats.

i have found the highest caloried stuff in the least likely places, anything frozen, t.v dinners, salads-the dressing is sooo fattening,mayonnaise,biscuits & gravy
