I don't think you should anything because it's really not your business or your problem. If she wants your interreference she would ask you but there seems to be a reason why she tells stuff to everyone except you.
Maybe she's looking for someone to use as an excuse to exit her current relationship.

So if she has a boyfriend and she's not happy then why dosen't she get out of it. I think she's playing a game with you. She just wants to see what you would do to get her. Then she'll let you think she really wants to be with you then suddenly her boyfriend will change for the better and she wants to stay with him just to see if it can work out. PLEASE. Or she could be waiting to tell her boyfriend about you just to see what her BF would do to you?
