i knew that for migrane but not for asthma.

Finally I went to a holistic nutritionist who tested me and found out I was allergic to yeast & molds. Once I eliminated those from my diet it only took about 3 days and I was on the road to recovery. In the end I lost alot of weight and have a healthier immune system just by avoiding the foods that trigger me.

Dairy products are not good for the human body. Milk is great for baby cows. There is a lot of money behind the dairy industry trying to make people believe milk is good for you. The Human body was created to eat fruits, veggies, nuts, and a little protein.
If you are really interested in finding out more about your health, do a search for the Paleo diet and the Fruit diet. Perfect health doesn't just happen, you have to work at it correctly.

I feel your pain. I've had asthma for 14 years now and have seen several doctors. The truth is, there is no known cure for asthma at the moment. But the symptoms can be prevented. It really depends on what causes your brother's asthma. Mine is usually dust and hot weather. But I think the universal method is using the control inhaler.

Yes lots of dairy products do and if you have asthma you should stay away from those items especially when you are having problems breathing., It congests your lungs very badly and make your flem thick and hard to cough up. I'm unsure as to why but it does make your asthma worsen. Be careful............

Hard to say. Different people have different triggers. My asthma attacks are triggered by heat and humidity.
