Shure!
I'm more of a collecter & shooter than Hunter. Frankly something always comes up to keep me from the hunting fields. BUt since Answers does not have a separate shooting section, most firearms lovers tend gather here.

I do, it keeps my eye sharp for hunting season. Plus I have targets with Osama and other political folks I dislike.
For a real test, set up about a dozen green army guys, the little ones. Try to hit them using open sites on a ruger 10/22. We do this from 40 - 75 yards.

I use to take my kids out, now my grand kids out shooting all the time. Paper targets are not rewarding enough. I take out old cans of pop and beer, balloons, etc. that they can see pop. Paper targets are good to learn with in the beginning.

Yea - sharpens things up. The other day found a bunch of full pop cans - shook those up and then shot them with my .38 special - they just explode in foam.

I used to while I was in the Navy, it was a competition thing. Haven't done it since then but I might get back into it.
