I feel so alone and unloved and I need to feel part of a family very badly. I really want to look for a society or circle of people who I will feel accepted and cared for and loved by. I don't want to throw my life away doing drugs to escape my loneliness and depression. I don't want to be a homeless or street person either. What other option is there? What cults or communes can I look into?

I have attended Christian churches for years and have not found a sense of love or acceptance that extends beyond the service. I still spend holidays alone and uninvited . I no one has ever called to invite me anywhere or to see why have stopped attending or if I am ill. No reaches out. Most of the people are not in my age range. They are retired or couples raising babies. So I seek a family to engulf myself in that shares views beside just a religious belief in God and/or Jesus. Or Moses. I need more than empty fellowship in church!

George Harrison wrote a song called "Within You Without You."

I.e. You need to love and accept yourself before others will.

You will never find a cult that is love based. Cults take advantage of the trust of members and hurt people. There are many religious organizations and churches out there. I remember getting kicked out of my girlfriends house a few years back. One of the choir members from the church I attended let me stay in her attic for the week I was homeless. That choir member helped me out like I was her own son and the chuch took up a collection to help me out. I got my paycheck the next week and together it was enough for me to drive my car (filled with all my stuff) back to my home town several states away. All you have to do is find something you like and get involved. I sang in the choir at that church. I have sung in choir in church since I started High School back in '95. I get to use my god-given talents to help out in the church by just singing. I'm not saying that you have to join a church and sing in the choir. I'm just saying an option that helped me when I was younger.

why on earth would you want to join a cult? do you even know what a cult is? Wow...that's shocking. Your best option is this: Jesus Christ died on the cross for you because he loves you, because God loves you, and wants to have a relationshp with you. Find an evangelical free church and reach out to someone. if you're truly seeking God, you'll find him.

you do no longer could connect the cult in case you do no longer want to )or do no longer like it). if that's the case tell your boyfriend approximately it in case you do no longer want to connect, ideally in the previous he proposes and if he quite loves you he will understand and appreciate your decision. whats up, in spite of everything, you're actually not in a 0.33 international u . s . (i'm assuming this) the place women individuals who marry a guy from a distinctive faith notably lots HAS to transform to the husband faith purely in the previous and while they marry.

If you believe in Jesus he will fill that void of loneliness and depression. It just take faith he love you so that he died on the cross and was resurrected on the third day. Just believe in him. May God Bless you.

Look into the Mormons, Scientology, Moonies, Heaven's Gate and People's Temple. I'm sure they are all looking for members.

Start one. Why depend on others to do it for you or make rules you don't agree with?

You have been looking for it in the wrong places. Cults and Occults will destroy you. Jesus Christ loves you and wants the best for you.

Open you mind to Jesus Christ:

Ephesians 2:4-10 (Young's Literal Translation)

4and God, being rich in kindness, because of His great love with which He loved us,

5even being dead in the trespasses, did make us to live together with the Christ, (by grace ye are having been saved,)

6and did raise [us] up together, and did seat [us] together in the heavenly [places] in Christ Jesus,

7that He might show, in the ages that are coming, the exceeding riches of His grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus,

8for by grace ye are having been saved, through faith, and this not of you -- of God the gift,

9not of works, that no one may boast;

10for of Him we are workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to good works, which God did before prepare, that in them we may walk.

Romans 10:9-13 (Young's Literal Translation)

9that if thou mayest confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and mayest believe in thy heart that God did raise him out of the dead, thou shalt be saved,

10for with the heart doth [one] believe to righteousness, and with the mouth is confession made to salvation;

11for the Writing saith, `Every one who is believing on him shall not be ashamed,'

12for there is no difference between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord of all [is] rich to all those calling upon Him,

13for every one -- whoever shall call upon the name of the Lord, he shall be saved.'

Psalm 91 (Young's Literal Translation)

1He who is dwelling In the secret place of the Most High, In the shade of the Mighty lodgeth habitually,

2He is saying of Jehovah, `My refuge, and my bulwark, my God, I trust in Him,'

3For He delivereth thee from the snare of a fowler, From a calamitous pestilence.

4With His pinion He covereth thee over, And under His wings thou dost trust, A shield and buckler [is] His truth.

5Thou art not afraid of fear by night, Of arrow that flieth by day,

6Of pestilence in thick darkness that walketh, Of destruction that destroyeth at noon,

7There fall at thy side a thousand, And a myriad at thy right hand, Unto thee it cometh not nigh.

8But with thine eyes thou lookest, And the reward of the wicked thou seest,

9(For Thou, O Jehovah, [art] my refuge,) The Most High thou madest thy habitation.

10Evil happeneth not unto thee, And a plague cometh not near thy tent,

11For His messengers He chargeth for thee, To keep thee in all thy ways,

12On the hands they bear thee up, Lest thou smite against a stone thy foot.

13On lion and asp thou treadest, Thou trampest young lion and dragon.

14Because in Me he hath delighted, I also deliver him -- I set him on high, Because he hath known My name.

15He doth call Me, and I answer him, I [am] with him in distress, I deliver him, and honour him.

16With length of days I satisfy him, And I cause him to look on My salvation!
