Sounds okay.

Are you all gray or just some streaks here and there?

I have a bunch of gray that just blends in to my light brown/blonde - hair is healthier if you don't have to dye it.

For a more natural Look I would go with a shade that is no less than a couple of shades lighter than your eyebrows. The benefits of a light shade is it takes longer for grow out to be noticeable. If you want to tone down brassiness then use an ash shade. If you do it yourself you might try the new L'Oreal Color Match line (contains NO ammonia). I have tried it and liked the results .

While some hair fall daily is natural, stress, hairstyle products and lack of nutrition can cause excessive hair fall as listed at http://tinyurl.com/kshvn . By changing your lifestyle and using herbal remedies, you can reduce hair loss. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/py7z4 .
