Not at all. when God/ nature made humans he made this machine so sturdy that normal universal happenings have marginal and desired effects on the body. However, if humans living in cold regions heat their surroundings at all times, and people living in temparate climes live 24 hours in airconditioning, the benifits would be lost. Besides, the obvious side effects begin to show. Come on - this world as God/ Nature made it is a pleaseant and likable place-not at all difficult to live in. You sweat and shiver - its ok. all this is good for the body and soul. trouble comes when there are bin ladens around.
