Have been told the herb pennywort is great for arthritis. You can grow it yourself and then chew one leaf daily.

Try 2-3 tablespoons of Bragg's Organic Apple Cider Vinegar mixed with 2 tablespoons of honey in 8 oz of warm water. Sip it like tea before each meal. This will help lower your cholesterol and blood pressure and flush toxins from your body. It will also boost your energy and prompt your body to heal itself from the inside out. She may also benefit from a total body flush. Try Dr.Natura. It has helped me tremendously.Go to the websites below for more info.

You know I have two elderly friends one is 62 and the other is almost 80. The 80 yr old is suffering from athritis and cancer. We took her to the pool at a local gym and in the jacuzzi she was able to move around in the water. I hear water therapy works. Try soaking in warm water with salts. That might increase circulation....Ask her dr first though because certain conditions dont recommend it ...

Celebrex is much better. I've never had a patient tell me it didn't work for them. They all love it.
