For the past couple of days I've felt this burning sensation on my left nipple. I've examined it and it doesn't appear that there is a cut or scratch at all. It's just a light burning sensation and is very sensitive to touch. Does anyone know what it could be? I'm 23 years old and have one daughter and currently trying for another!

I don't mean to alarm you, but breast cancer is very common in females. So please, take the time to check it out.

Hummm..There can be many possibilities! Among them
-Maybe you are getting pregnant again
-Maybe it is that you have banged your breasts on something
I would advice you to go to see a doctor..that can be useful! But if you see it is not really important...Never mind...I would have gone to a doctor if I was in your place!

without knowing the age of your child....if you are breast feeding urrently then it could be an infection due to a clogged milk duct...i would tell your doctor asap

it could be thrush, another sort of infection, or you could be pregnant. sometimes i've heard people say this before their periods came. good luck!

put milk cream or ghee on the nipple

Please ask your husband to be soft & gentle while he feels/fondles your nipples & boobs. That should solve your problem. He can bite & very gently.
