I'm curious about the ladies showing love to my buddy Ignee who's 4' 10". Does he have to be tall to fit in?

I am unsure about why, but your question is really creepy. The height of Ignee is of little consequence, but you are strange.

No. I do not think being likable and lovable depends on height BUT it depends on the character and maturity of your friend Ignee. There are a lot of tall men out there who doesn't have the balls to be men.....
Sad to say but true, people normally look at the outside appearance rather than the heart but luckily there are still a few good people out there who looks at the heart...not the height.
