Well, first of all you NEVER tell a girl that you like her at first. You just talk to her and see how you two get along. Relax, it's easier than you think! After you two talk a bit, ask for her number. Call a few days later and ask her out. Get off the phone within 5 minutes though, or you might not have much to talk about on the date. And about eye contact, limit it to two seconds at a time or you'll seem creepy. Definitely have eye contact for about two seconds at a time though. In particular, look at her while she speaks. Good night!

During a casual conversation mention you enjoy talking with her.
(Ya know, you are really easy to talk to) something like that.
don't put any emphasis on it (that would put her on the spot) and then move on in the conversation.
at some point ask her for a date, then, over dinner at a nice (not fancy) restraunte while having a conversation. tell her you enjoy her company. (never use the word love on a first date)
If you really do like her, then when the date is over, tell her you want to see her again and give her a kiss. don't expect to jump in the sack on the first date. but don't call her first thing the very next day. if you do you will become her FRIEND and then you will never ....

Well, you will never get next to her unless you do something about it. Simply just tell her, ask her for her number, then call her for a movie or dinner and go from there. You need to decide which you like better, the view or the experience...

find out more about what she likes or any hobbies she has see what the two of you have in common that way you have something to talk about once you start talking then you will know the right time to tell her or you find out you just found your best friend either way you could come out a winner

find the best way to her heart. Be up front and honest and remember the only thing she can rightly say is no. Remember the age old phrase, "Feint heart never won fair maiden." Just go for it.

mate - its fine, all you do is be confident. i guarantee you, if theres one thing that can really help you with the ladies its confidence. don't be arrogant though, and be charming aswell. take her to one side when you next see her, and look deep into her eyes. then slowly move in for the kiss. girls get so wet over that stuff. trust me.
