You can consult Dr.A.K.Venkatachalam, Consultant Orthopedic surgeon at Venkataeswara hospital, Nandanam between 4- 5 pm ( httpr://www.venkataeswarahospitals.com) or at the Knee & Shoulder clinic 27, 1st avenue, Besant nagar, Chennai, 90 between 5- 7 pm.

Very near to you...near to the ashok pillar...there is the orthopaedic hospital...contact them...
if a better option reauired.."Best Hospital" is there n the other side..that is in Kodambakkam..
In "Best Hospital" consultants are available in evening hours also..
If you want better option, "Apollo clinic" in G N Chetty road and "Apollo Hospital" in Greams road...
Further options..."Vijaya Hospital" in Saligramam side..
In these hospitals..orthopaedicians are available round the clock..
Personally speaking..Dr RGK in Apollo Hospital is a very good surgeon..bur get the appointment before going...phone number 044 28293333..
