Sleep in the same position but snuggle with a body pillow to support your arms and shoulders.

Keep your body straight forward, neck has a pilllow or two to support the head, and a cushion on your right and the other on your left. I ended having a straighter back, comfortable neck and the bone under your knee caps.

The correct sleeping position is on your back, or your right side.
Sleeping on your left side is a heart constrictor, because of the weight of other organ pressing on your heart.
Have a sound night sleep tonight!

I sleep in the same way....I have a body pillow and hug it with the pillow between my legs as well.

maybe you should sleep face up. it is good for the circulation of the blood as well.
