Persian cats are known to be one of the calmest cats around. Mine is diffrent, she's very playful like a siamese cat.. Sometimes, she wakes up during midnight to wake me up and play with her. How can i teach her to play on a proper time? Like, how can i stop her to play and run around my apartment specially during nightime

Just ignore her, eventually she's start to be on your schedule on her own.
When I got my himalayan mix, she did the same thing. Drove me nuts. She got over it pretty fast, we let her run around and get it out of her system. Then she figured out that cuddling with us overnight and playing during the day was more fun.

Persian cats are calm, but they're alive! All of mine love playing, and yes when i had kittens they do have a tendency of playing during the night at first. She will grow out of it eventually....make sure you're leaving water and dry food during the night and leave out a few toys as well so that she'll occupy herself.

Ever thought of buying one of those cat "jungles" the kind with scratching posts, different levels and tubes where they can go in. They're not that expensive and you can practically do one yourself with stiff cardboard boxes and a couple of scratching posts. This will occupy her for quite a while!

However remember that if you are going out during the day the kitten is possibly sleeping all throughout the day...she will need her exercise. Try to play as much as possible with her before you go to sleep...throw her a ball a few times till she gets tired out.

Well she is a kitten. Tire her out right before you go to bed with some play. Then when you go to bed put her out of your bed room. In the room that she is in, hide some toys and treats for her to find. You can buy at pet supply places balls that dispense treats as they are smacked around by the cat. That should keep her busy while you sleep.

If you have a standard schedule she will adapt to it. Feed her well just before you go to bed, and play with her in the evening, so that she is tired and not hungry in the night.
