My mother says she wishes for me and my two brothers to get married and have kids. She's 63 and widowed and says she'll probably never live to see any grandchildren. I'm 31 and haven't had much success with women. The few girlfriends I had are ghetto girls who either have kids, are on drugs, and are unemployed. Apparently I am incapable of finding a decent woman. My brothers have found more decent women but none of the relationships lasted that long. I think maybe I should just hook-up with one of these street women, have kids with her, and marry just to satisfy my mom. Because by the time I'm able to land a good woman, my mom would probably not be around. She's a good mother. I want her to be happy. What do you think?

You are not living your life to satisfy others, but first of all to satisfy yourself. Of course it is very important to get on well with your mother as she deserves recpect and love, but remember that her happiness is not your happiness.
And I believe that if you are to find this special women, you will find her (or maybe she will find you ;)
i'm in the same situation, my family keep asking me "why you are not married", but I only smile...
And remember that marriage is the union of souls, not only of the bodies... so.. WAIT. I'm sure you will find a good woman, maybe sooner than you think!

well first I think you cant live your life for your mother ,you need to want it for your self ,second ,I don't think your mother would be happy with that idea I think she wants you with a nice girl not just any girl.so how to find a good woman ,well first start with your self ,are you fun ,happy do you have a good job ,if yes then look around at places you like,if you have a hobby or interest start there if not try at work and then when you see a nice girl ,take a risk ,girls are after a nice guy too so put your self out there ./you may get some knockbacks but you only need one good yes .go for it but not for mother but for you.ps dont right a girl off if she has kids ,so long as shes a good mother and nice.

Do not rush in to any thing so soon. Think, this is the person I really want to spend the rest of my life with? Give it time but don't sit on your butt get up and look for a good woman.(tip alot of sexy good going girls are at church). Tell your mother about this plan. Shes a good Ma so she will understand.

I think she's happy as long as you are happy and although she wants to see you happy with a wife and children she'd much rather you wait then just settle for anyone. Also a tip...try going for women you would never think about going for ya know the girl that's ok looking and a little boring rather then the attractive one whose a load of fun. You might surprise yourself with the results. Good Luck!!!

You will probably married sooner or later, why not now and make your mom happy. Would adoption be an option to make your mom happy otherwise?

you can find a good woman. read these two books:
how to win friends and influence people BY dale carnegie, and THE POWER OF POSITIVE THINKING by norman vincent peale. They'll help you find a better woman. and dont give up., I went through 326 guys before I found a good one. Sometimes just takes times.

do you really think your mother would rather you spend the rest of your life with a woman you dont love she wants to see her son happily settled with a good woman take your time when your not looking for something thats usually when you find it

I think Mom needs to let her kids live their own lives instead of the lives that "she" wants them to have. Don't do something just to make her happy. In the end you might not be.
