it really depends on you and your skin, some people have no side effects and others break out or loses skin in the spot they wax, so if you see any changes in your skin you should think twice about getting a wax job unless you pay to go to see a dermatologist. I was looking at a Court TV show and a women was suing a person for removal of skin when she got wax down below because she was 8 1/2 months pregnant and she wanted to be bald for the birth of her baby. lets just say she didn't win, because pregnant women skin is sensitive and how would the person that's giving you the wax job know about your skin. You might get varicose veins - or so I heard... since there is all the extra blood and your veins are bigger, and the stress from pulling on the skin.

just an increased sensitivity due to increased blood flow in ur veins - it hurts worse when pregnant.

my skin got stretchier, so it was harder to wax in certain areas for me........when I would try to pull the muslim off
