For instance the Spanish language came to the American Continents from Spain....so Mexico, Central and South America (with the exception of Brazil) speak Spanish. English originates in England but it is spoken in the USA and in Canada.

The language spoken by the most people is Mandarin Chinese, but they are mainly in china (5 billion people live there!) English however is the most widely spoke language. This is partially thanks to imperialism and the US's economic hold on most of the world. Spanish of course is also a widely spoken language.

well Englis is an international language, and wherever you go even the old folks would speak a little of it even they don't go school,,they learn by hearing and learning,,if you go to some ulu country,,they'll even understand you when you speaks english with some signs language,,The problem is that they don't speaks proper or good english
