Im a gringo but i have noticed that Latina women tend to have pretty delicate and lithe feet . In general they wear lots of open toed sandals and have the best pedicures . Is it just me or anyone else noticing that .

I'm apparently not as much into feet as you are. :-) What ever floats your boat. I'm just guessing that Latinas are accustomed to warmer temperatures, thus the open toed shoes. And since they don't want you to notice their nail fungus, they paint their toenails. ;-) Maybe not.
