I manage a few people who speak spanish and I need to post memos on safety and other things. I write these memos myself and sadly I am not a computer genius. Is it possible to change the language in word to accomodate this task or maybe a program that I can download to help me?

You can either download the Spanish keyboard or just simply type the Spanish words just like any other word. since people understand it anyway.

you just type it like you would in english, but you use the spanish words instead.
