Your weight really depends on genetics. To gain weight, I would recommend eating 6 meals a day (breakfast, small snack, lunch, small snack, dinner). Eating breakfast is important, but eating the right foods are essential. Gaining weight, especially if you have a fast metabolism (as it appears you have), would require consuming more carbs and fats, since calories are easily burned off. Also, you should do some light weight training (limit any cardio excercises). Weight training will help you tone your body so, as you gain weight, you won't become fat but healthy. I hope this helps.

Okay I have your problem, and here is some serious answers that I have researched/been told. First of all, still eat healthy, dont stuff yourself silly, and do excercise.

Eat higher calorie fruits and veggies (bananas, carrots, apples basically any fruit and veggie that is not watery.

protein! Eat lean meat, eat peanutbutter, ask your doctor about taking some protein powder, my doc prescribed me some to take, and it actually doesn't taste to bad.

Eat healthy high calorie foods like nuts, legumes, wheat crackers.

Never be plain. Top your toast with maregines made with healthy fats, peanut butter, jelly. add cheese to your scrambled eggs. This will add calories without filling you up. Cook with healthy olive oil and sprinkle it on your saled, add eggs, crackers and other filling stuff to your salads. fill omelets with cheese and veggies. Order creamy soups.

Swich to whole grains, there healthier and more calorie dense. Eat complex carbohydrates, not loads of sugar.

Eat 3 meals and at least 3 snacks.

here are some healthy high calorie snack ideas.

1. plain full fat yogurt and frozen berries blended together and some peanuts mixed, makes a great dip.

2. Cheesy garlic bread made with whole wheat bread.

3.peanut butter on toast with bananas washed down with full fat milk.

4.whole wheat blueberry muffins, or pancakes

5. Pasta!

6. homemade pizza.

Now, If you wanna gain weight but still be healthy do weight training and resistance excercises. Do crunches, and buy hand and ankle weights, and use them. And jump rope too, or swim.remember muscle ways more than fat!

Weight training will help you gain weight without putting on fat and causing you to grow out of your clothes... You'll look athletic instead of skinny.

As for a one week plan... Sorry, but unless you want to gain a shitload of weight.. There really isn't a way.

You'll see results with weight training in a short period of time. You'll look and feel healthier and you won't be skin and bones anymore.. But you also won't be fat and you won't grow out of your clothes.

Don't use girly weights, though, if you really want results... You a weight that you can do about 10 reps with before you start to feel it (with each arm)... Continue to do 10 reps until it becomes easier and then do 5-10 more.

The leg press is also good... It'll make your legs (and your lower body in general) stronger and leaner (instead of just skinny).

Crunches are good for your stomach.

I like doing the flat bench press... Using the curl bar and a regular weight bench.. Instead of the bench press itself.

If you're wanting to gain weight without getting fat or growing out of your clothes... That's really all that I can suggest.

It won't make you overly muscular, either. Despite what other people may say... Just work on your arms, legs and abs and you'll look better without putting on fat.

you may need to check with your doctor before any diet plan as it can harm you to gain or to lose weight, but if you want to gain weight you can do so by eating carbs, such as starches, pasta food that has alot of fat and protein but always check with your doctor first and if you are ahving trouble eating no appetite you can drink wheat protein or ensure is excellent source of carb eat snacks in between meals eat three meals per day and two to three healthy snacks such as fruit rollups or cheese crackers two to three hours after your meals good luck mystical p.s be sure it is a healthy snack and meal for you healthy choice dinners would be good to try until you get the hang of it look on the back of the box and read the carbs if you are that small consider 50-55 carbs bu tbe sure it is healthy choices for your body
