Do you presume on the riches of his kindness and forbearance and patience, not knowing that God's kindness is meant to lead you to repentance?

God does not control every aspect of everything. In the bible it clearly states that people have free will. This includes the will to harm and make difficult the lives of other people. As far as the things that God does control? He lets things happen to us in order to better us and make us stronger. Think of it like us being children and him being the parents. If our parents kept us in a protective shell all our lives....: A: we would grow to be week.
B: we would come to expect it, and not be thankful.....spoiled brats.

God has his plan, we are too small and dumb to know it. Leave it to the big guy, keep your mind on God, and all will work out in the end......even if it is REALLY the end.

God Bless

It is His love and grace that leads people to repentance. But it will come a time when He withdraws His grace. It is called the point of no return. Man, by their own stubborness and willfulness, choosing to disobey God, would one day go past the point of return and then, that's it. Just like Judas Iscariot and Esau. No place for repentance. So, let's be careful that we do not take His grace for granted.

God is not man. He loves what is good and hate what is evil. He is slow to anger. He rewards the righteousness, and will punish the unrighteousness. However, His Loves, Faithfulness, Mercy, Grace, endures FOREVER .. He is really to forgive when His children came for repentance.

We try to impose our imperfect morals on God and expect him to follow them strictly...what idiocy

what is cruel and violent fo us...may not be so in the eyes of God.

He kills to give us a new birth...he presumably not loves to teach us love...he presumably looks cruel...to teach us lessons in kindness

God is not only the one who saves...but also the one who kills..

we have to tailor ourself to his morals...not try to tailor-make him to our morals... .that is spirituality and that is the ultimate truth
