Christians by definition are those who believe what the Bible says, that Jesus is God's one and only son. What's "narrow" about believing that one thing must be true and that whatever is not that thing is false? I can't be on a train that's going to Chicago and expect to end up in Paris no matter how badly someone else on that train wants to go to Paris. The saying that "all roads lead to God" can't be true because different faiths such as Buddhism, Islam, Mormonism, etc., teach VASTLY different things about God that cannot be reconciled. Someone has to be right if truth is absolute, and if truth isn't absolute, then we can't even have a conversation about what is true because there can be no ultimate standard for truth.
Having said that, the Bible says that Jesus is God's one and only Son, so I think that eliminates the possibility of others, if you're asking Christians what they believe and why. We can't just wish for another possibility if we don't like the way God has made things.

God does have other sons (gender neutral). Jesus is the only Son that was born from a virgin impregnated by Holy Spirit, and so he is the Son of God in a way that no other son is.... physically.
As for God's other sons, you can recognize them primarily because they give witness to the fact of Jesus birth, identity, and purpose. The people you mentioned above don't meet that criteria. In addition, mature sons of God have a measure of power and authority that God's other less mature children don't exhibit, although all have equal access to God.
I want to treat people with the respect that they deserve as God's special creation. At the same time, we shouldn't be too easily offended. Jesus was kind to the poor and brokenhearted, (and kind to those who were rich or educated and SINCERE), but he was quite harsh with religious hypocrites.
Jesus didn't treat other religions with respect. He made no apologies for saying that he came for the Jews first---then the gentile. He plainly told the Samaritan woman that she and her people didn't know who they worshiped, but the Jews do. He didn't say that because he hated her or even to reject her, but to awaken her and other gentiles. His conversations brought out truth and enlightenment to those who heard; and sometimes his conversations made people murderously angry. He was controversial....still is.
Since Jesus came from the Jews, he was sent to them first. But it is to the benefit of the entire world, that they rejected him as they did. Yet even now he has not rejected them.
It's late, and I've gone on long enough, but I'm still
Hoping the best for you...

Jesus is the only person on earth to be born of a mortal mother and an immortal father. That is why he is called the Only Begotten Son. From his mother he inherited mortality and was subject to hunger, thirst, fatigue, pain, and death. He inherited divine powers from his Father. No one could take the Savior's life from him unless He willed it. He had power to lay it down and power to take up his body again after dying.
God is not only our ruler and creator; he is also our Heavenly Father. All men and women are literally the sons and daughters of Deity. Man, as a spirit, was begotten and born of heavenly parents, and reared to maturity in the eternal mansions of the Father, prior to coming upon the earth in a temporal body.
Every person who was ever born on earth was our spirit brother or sister in heaven. The first spirit born to our heavenly parents was Jesus Christ, so he is literally our elder brother. Because we are the spiritual children of our heavenly parents, we have inherited the potential to develop their divine qualities. If we choose to do so, we can become perfect, just as they are.

Jesus was not created. Rather, EVERYTHING was created BY HIM. God SPOKE creation. JESUS IS THE WORD OF GOD.
Col 1:15 Christ is the exact likeness of God, who can’t be seen. He is first, and he is over all of creation. 16 All things were created by him. He created everything in heaven and on earth. He created everything that can be seen and everything that can’t be seen. He created kings, powers, rulers and authorities. Everything was created by him and for him. 17 Before anything was created, he was already there. He holds everything together.

Yes, it is possible. However, God told me to follow what is in the Bible and I do. No where in the bible does it say he created more sons so why should I think otherwise?
