by being someone you like around him. He can't bring out the best in you if your are being insecure. Be yourseld and someone you like
From this place you can see if he enhances you. If you are being insecure, no one can always bring out hte best in you, if at all

There are those in relationships and they naturally bring out the best in their partner, vice versa. They both bring out the best in the other. That's one of the reasons why you feel happy in a relationship-when you can see and when you realize that he/she is bringing out the best in you. You just realize it because it is a natural occurence.
It sounds like you want to find a way so that your guy can bring out the best in you. But that's not how it works. If it's not working that way, then it's just not working that way.
On the other hand, there are people who are so hung-up on being exactly who they are and not allowing anyody to change them. And when they are in a relationshp, they want the best in them to be brought out, but at the same time, they refuse the 'influence' of their partner, upon who they are! If you are like this, I'd say that love conquers all, and if this guy is the one for you, eventually, you will see the best being brought out in you despite your stubborness.
