"caravana" is a word you can find in spanish or portuguese.
"Karawana" is a word you can meet in polish for example.

For me none of them are japanese.

Both of the previous answers are right, it is definitely not japanese, although you could adapt it using katakana.

Caravana can't be Japanese (can't be pronounced). Karawana is a town in Indonisia.
