Hell as the Bible speaks of the lake of fire does not yet exist.
Atleast no one is in there. Thats Hollywood.
Heaven has been corrupted because Satan could go to it. (Job 1:6 ) A new Heaven and new earth will appear. (Rev. 21:1)
So, as of NOW there would be no effect on the world. As neither heaven or hell is open for Mankind

Gods are helpless. Money is heaven and poverty is hell. Politicians get votes from hell notes from heaven and protect one from the other.
