Indigestion and irritation of the mouth and throat are possible. The worst risk is getting the stuff in your eyes or on a mucous membrane. For example, don't touch your private areas with fingers that have cayenne. It would be extremely unpleasant.
Those with medical conditions like stomach or mouth ulcers, reflux, or some other conditions might be better to avoid large amounts of anything spicy.

If you already have ulcers or another stomach problem, you could irritate those conditions and make them worse. If you don't have these problems, enjoy as much as you want I would say.
