it depends how pretty or shapy you are but most guys stare because their instincts are stronger than their manners if they got any...personally i think that if that happens to you a lot is because you are very atractive....(its in all mans nature to turnthe sight in the direction of a woman.) but not staring

A guy looks at you because you are pleasing to look at. It might make a guys day to see someone appealing to their eye, P.S. no means of disrespect, take it as a compliment.

Cuz theyre guys. They dont even know theyre doing it, I dont think. They dont realize how rude it can be too. And scarey at times.
