I was told that in order to jump start your weight loss, you need to some type of detox. Is this true?

not true. I lost 80 pounds by eating low-fat and walking and walking and walking.

And I'm as toxic as it ever gets. I worked in a steel foundry where I never saw the ceiling for three years because the smoke was so thick.

Not really...It supposedly reduces your sugar ans carbs cravings...it didn't reduce mine but I lost more weight on that time than later doing the normal diet.

yoga may be relaxing but you can also get a good workout an hour of yoga can burn up to 350 calories
