No its not, in most cases you eat more than regular. You eat 6 small meals a day, that speeds up your metabolism, your body has to work constantly to break down that food. The only thing is you have to make sure you control your portion size and make sure you eat the right foods. No pizza and burgers 6 times a day

I was planning to follow certain diet programs to loose weight,when one of my close friends told me how harmful diet programs can be in the long run,that is when you stop the diet, all the lost weight comes back. Each person has a different constitution,and what diet works for one might not work for another. She suggested a site which worked wonders for her,which also tremendously benefitted me to loose weight. A simple program of diet and exercise-check it out-

Anything other than balanced diet and exercise is!

Good pointer if you wanna lose weight and be healthy : Eat foods as close to the way God made them as possible and you be fine bizotch.

well al diets r dangerous but this one is just a normal dangerous like if you lose to much
