You can confront them simply by implying. It might sound a little harsh but you can corner them into the truth. Hint at their lies. For example if that someone lied about where they were, ask them where they were again and at what time. If you know for sure they weren't there, you can say that you were there at the same time and you're sure you didn't see him/her. Then ask again where they really were.
But the best way is to simply tell them. Tell them you know that's not true and that you only want the truth. Don't scream, yell, or threaten the truth out of them. Tell them calmly. If you scare them, they might lie even more and that's not what you want. It'll be hard (especially if you're really hurt) but you should look sincerely into their eyes and tell ask them for the truth.

Just ask them straight out... But be prepared to present evidence supporting your claim. You need to be 100% sure, or this can cause a lot of problems (up to and including bodily injury).

it depends on what they lied about. all u can really do is tell them that you know they lied. if they continue to deni it, then theres no use in trying to stay connected.

just sit them down and tell them what is in your mind and what you think/know...to be anymore pacific i need to know what they lied to you about.
