I have been seeing a guy casually for nearly three months, and he still doesn't call when he said he would. We will go out and have an incredible time together, and he tells me he will call me the next day. Usually he won't call for another four days after that. Why does he do that? And if he isn't that intrested, then why does he call in the first place?

I think that it is a guy thing to say. Maybe it is their way of saying "hi, how are you doing".
I know and understand what you mean by the "incredible time" that you have when you are with him. Sometimes I wonder if we are only one who feels that way and that he does not feel anything at all..
This sitution that u are in happened to me before. In my own opinion, I think that you should confront the guy and ask him why he tells you that he'll call while he does not. If he tells you that "I was busy" and that he gives you the same excuse over and over again. Then drop him. Come on, no one can be so busy that he can not pick out 5 minutes in the day just to say "hi", unless if he is a doctor who is on duty 24 hours a day.

1. Maybe it slipped his mind. Boys r sometimes careless
2. He could be a player
3. He meant todo it but never got around to do it.
4. He was trying to finish a video game and didn't have the time.
5. His sister was always using the phone (hehe)

Obviously, he is not that in to you. Either accept that and move on or continue to be the person he calls when everyone else is busy. Believe me, even if you do decide to continue in the "relationship" he will eventually stop calling anyway. No one likes a doormat.

Because guys like to be unpredictable and obviously you're getting too attached too soon. It's clear he wants space, give him a little eh? If you can ignore the fact he doesn't call, he'll realize he probably has a good catch.

Doesn't that piss you right off. Next Time you say I'll call you and then don't for a week ,see what happens. You need to be not so accesible.
Makes them want you more.and don't sit around waitinfg for that call either . go out and meet someone else.

Well maybe he is really just not that interested or maybe there are things that come up that he missed to call you when he say he does.
