well there both whats it called... complex carbohydrates or whatever.. so to pick one or the other... id pick which ever one tastes the best!

Noodles can be prepared the healthier way, that is, by cooking them in soup instead of frying them. So I would go for noodles as the healthier option. Plus there is a greater variety for noodles.

I don't know if bagels are healthier, but it's my pick over noodles.

It's easier to eat a plain bagel than plain noodles... I

It's easier to put cream cheese on a bagel rather than noodle by noodle!
Neither one is what I'd call healthy.
They have this thing called fruit and vegetables!
Maybe you've heard of them!!!

If they are whole-wheat, they are healthier then regular.

Bagels, noodles, white rice...pure carbs.

Go for fiber

Just skip the butter, cream cheese, creamy sauces, & oil on your bagels & pasta, & you'll be just fine!
