I have heard & read numerous comments by all kinds of Christians claiming they are responsible for inventing morals. And, that without Christianity, people would not be moral.

Okay, if non-Christians are moral, then why do so many claim they are not?

I'm too busy challenging Santa to worry about God right now. I'm an atheist, "challenging God" is a meaningless term.

I must have imagined all those thumpers claims that non-Christians have no morals.

Morality comes from a concept of good and bad. This concept must come from some form of authority. If there is no God then simply everything is Ok. We become animals. When an animal kills it is not morally right or wrong. It's just what they do. And if there is no God then we are just and only animals. So the concept of morality must have come from an authority figure who has made the rules. And that is God.

GOD invented morality when he created humans, which was way before Jains.

Christianity stems from Judaism. Judaism was begun by God. God, being creator and author of life, has the final say in morality. It's not man's.
