I would agree with you... go to any part of India and the world, any Indian restaurant will serve Punjabi dishes and then also some Madrasi foods.
Try to find Gujju, Marathi, Bengali or Oriya food, you can keep on looking.

India is the land of different cusine.Each state has its own delicious food.So it is quite difficult to name any particular as the most delicious food of india.But i think food prepared by mothers let them be punjabi, tamil,gujrathi ,marathi or oriya , is the most delicious food.

yes i agree with u. but in India all states have there own speciality everyone has there own test, so we cant say any one food to most delicious all foods have different test.
