I'm 14 I weigh only 105 pounds and I'm 5'6. I play freshman football I play runningback. I'm fast but I want some power and I want to get bigger to break more tackles. I don't want to eat a lot of unhealthy foods because I don't want to get like diabedes(sorry for my spelling) or anything like that. Although I am pretty strong. I want to gain muscle and fat. How do I gain weight?

Ok you must try to eat like healthy food that are normal. You could try to eat pasta, that is really good because it is a great energy provider, specially before competitions like athletism (personal experience), but you could also try meet and some sugar dessert always helps. As long as you keep on with your hard training it's all great because as more physical activity you do, the more energy you need therefore you need to eat more. It's just like a balance. Keep on training hard and wait for a year and see if your body changes, because these things take time. Wish you luck.

lots of high cabs that come from natuall foods or you can go to gnc and they can help you find some of thay weight gain formula!

Increase your protein intake or do as body builders do, eggs and steak.
