mIRC is your chat room client. You did install it. However...
It is a huge invitation to spyware, backdoors, trojans and other kinds of malware....and it sounds like you've definitely been hit, and multiple times. Some malware can be extremely difficult to remove - Give fixing it a try, but sometimes you're better off backing up what you want to save and then restoring your machine back to its original condition.
Backup what you want to keep and then try fixing it. Sometimes the fix will hose your computer though, so when you backup, backup with an eye toward being prepared to start from go, and backup BEFORE you start trying to fix it. If you have someplace to offload the backup, I *really* like DriveImage XML from runtime.org
There are numerous sites (antivirus.com, grisoft.com, clamwin.com, etc) that will attempt to clean your machine for you for free. You'll need to invest in *something* preventative when this is finally resolved, though. PCcillin is a good all around antivirus/antimalware type program. It does cost money (unlike my other recommendations here) but what is your time and computer's usability worth to you? Spybot S&D is also good, but not as complete. I'm not too crazy about Norton, but it probably did come with your machine.

This is a SpyWare AdWare type of a program. You can not delete this. But you can get software to do it for you. The best SpyWare remover that I recommend for this work is “SpyBot S&D”. you can download it for free from the link http://www.spybot.info/en/download/index.html Before you run the program, make sure you update it online. Update is FREE too. Then run the program. You‘ll get rid of that unwanted program. Good luck

no longer unavoidably. From what I understand, homestead windows vista needs to run off of a minimum of two gb of memory on your laptop to run easily. I even have homestead windows vista too and that i've got 2 gb and that i works high quality. My mom on the different hand, in trouble-free terms has one gb and hers continuously crashes. So i could advise gettin greater memory because of the fact i'm incredibly useful u have greater desirable than sufficient room on your difficultchronic so erasing courses does no longer be the answer in any respect. U choose greater memory. Defraging your difficultchronic as quickly as each week or so might help too. desire this enables!
