Whenever my period is fixing to start my brain goes into overdrive so to speak. I suffer from depression, and my period just escelates it all. I seem to have a little "voice" in my head telling me things I know is stupid, and another one verifing it, and another one trying to tell them to shut up so to speak. I don't believe that this is personalities, but I don't know why it happens every month one week before my peirod. Does anyone else have this problem? Can I stop it, or minimize it...

Check out this website. It http://www.onlineallergycenter.com/hormoneallergies/has some interesting information about that...

Or, it could be this:

Premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PDD)—experienced by 3% to 8% of women; depressive symptoms occur 1 week prior to menstruation and disappear following menstruation

You are suffering from PMS...real bad.
I started taking ZOLOFT and it takes the rough edges off of my PMS.
Otherwise, I'm nearly bouncing off of the walls over the stupid sh*t that this life has to offer.
ZOLOFT is a gift from God!

If you think that's bad, wait till the time comes when you go through the change. It's worse. I can't even stand to be in a room with myself half the time.
