Like the ones for house arrest...Then we would know when they were molesting little boys and we could catch them in the act.Then maybe they would get the punishment they deserve.

well, that would be a good idea but... when you put an ankle bracelet on a priest all it does is track where they are..NOT what they are doing. Heck they could be molesting a little boy in his (the priests) house or even in the church (the only two places they would be allowed).
All we can do i hope priest don't do something so awful to ANYONE and if they do, they get caught and appropriately punished.
what about chemical castration?

Bad question, but here's a good answer. Allow Priests to marry again like they could in the 1800s. The church took away their ability to marry because to many bishops were dying before their wives. The wives got everything and the church got nada. Can't have that now can we?
Ever wonder why little boys? Well first is availability, no alter girls around. Also is the infantile sexual development. Depriving the priests of sex should be criminal but it is religion so what can we expect?

What a stupid comment. Yes, let's attack all priests for the crimes of fewer than 1% of them. Hey, let's do the same thing with teachers, since they are the largest category of child molestors! And scout leaders and youth counselors! What about Protestant ministers and Jewish rabbis? A few of them are offenders too! And then there are grandfathers ....
