My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.
On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.
Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

Healthy tips for losing weight fast
1. Lessen calorie intake by 250-500 per day by substituting most high calorie foods for low fat varieties
2. Keep this cut going for at least one week or until you reach a weight loss level that lasts more than 4 days, then reduce calories by a further 200 per day.
3. Take high quality protein with mainly meals or if possible combine the low fat plant foods together at each meal.
4. Begin a standard weight-training program to keep muscle and boost metabolism.
5. Do aerobic activities on the days in-between the weights sessions to help burn fat directly.
6. Drink plenty of water all day to keep energy levels.
7. Lessen sodium eating by preparing meals using fresh, natural and healthy ingredients.
8. Gently raise the intensity level of the weights program forcing the body to hold onto muscle as calorie intake is lowered gradually over time.
9. Never go below 1500 calories per day, simply exercise more often when if this target is reached.

HIIT Training.....it'll burn fat twice as fast and 9x more efficient then regular walking/jogging.
Get on a treadmill, bike, or elliptical and start off with 4 mins hiit in which you would run/pedal as fast as u can for 30 secs then do the same thing in moderate speed for 30 secs then go all out again........switch off every 30 secs for 4 mins, then after 2 weeks go for 8 mins, and up the intensity.
this works 110% guaranteed, so just try it out for a month and u'll really see the difference.
and it's only for 4-16 mins as u go up so u dont have to worry about doing long runs or jogs. 4-18 mins - that's all it takes.
of course for losing fat, u need proper diet.
also, NO, weightlifting will not build muscles for all u girls that fear this, it'll actually burn more calories just like cardio, so just do lightweight reps slowly and get the feel and u'll eventually see the "toned body" that u want

Start by dropping the Pepsi.
Cut down your carbs and calories. If you're going to eat carbs, have them in the first half of the day, that way your body has time to burn them off. Try to stay below 1000 calories a day and do plenty of cardio. You can't tone up until you kickstart your metabolism and start burning some fat. The more calories you eat, the more you need to burn.
Use an eliptical or treadmill. Every day, step it up (increase speed & time) so your body don't get used to it. Drink plenty of water. No juice, no sodas, no cookies or junk. Eat more fruits, lean meats, skim milk, fat free cheese. Etc...

Welll if you have very high will power and dont mind a few hunger pains, have 1 soy protein shake and veggies each day. Then go to the gym and do hours of cardio. Don't forget your vitamin supplements or you could get malnourished. Works for me...
** I'm 15, I can buy soy shakes. If you cant go to the gym however try running in your neighborhood. And if you cant do protein shakes eat some grilled chicken and veggies.

Get off the computer and get on the treadmill. It is not realistic or safe to lose that much weight in such a short time. But stay away from the sugar and chips and get some exercise, you'll feel great and look great at your party.

Depending on how a lot weight you need to lose, that will not be possible. If all you need to lose is five pounds, you could lose somewhat out of your breasts, but no longer a seen quantity. Anything over that and also you could drop as much as a cup. Breasts are comprised mainly of fats, so diet and/or endeavor can rationale them to scale back. In females, one of the crucial first locations the body goes for stored fat in the breast, hips, and buttocks.
