She has one mark on her lower tummy (it's round) and then a long oval shape above it near the nipple. She is brown and white haired so her skin is light (transparent kinda), but this is the first time I've seen it. She's about 2 years old now.

I think it ok I use to have a Chihuahua and he have and green spot on his tummy and alittle bit of white spot too but the white spot went away, make sure your Chihuahua is eating good and drinking alot of water

My cats have kind of a tattoo indicating they are spayed that is green...? I hardly ever notice it.

Whatever it is, it doesn't sound good. Call your vet, just in case it's something bad. Better safe than sorry.
