Learn the FCRA, FDCPA, FTC, state statutes, etc etc etc (that should keep you busy for quite a long time, and still barely even skim the surface)

Check your state for any bonding and licensing you may need.
Check to see what type of insurance you would have to carry, in case you screw up and get sued.

You cannot repair peoples credit!!! Only time and personal mangament do that!!! Plus people realise you ripped them off when they have to contact the credit referencing agency's themselves and are told that they will do it for free!!!
