Hm.
Mary?
Mary Magdelene?
Peter?
I think it's really a matter of opinion. St. Francis was pretty cool, he is often depicted with animals and birds around him. he was so in tune with the natural world that animals had no fear of him.

Jimmy Carter. He may not have been a good president, but his work since leaving office has earned him a Nobel Peace Prize, and his continued support of Habitat for Humanity has provided homes for countless families.
And now that I have typed all that, a truly great person comes to mind, perhaps the greatest man that Christianity has ever known.
Martin Luther King Jr.

The Proper term is "Jesus is both Divine and Human", not "Jesus is half-human".
And there is no single greatest human in Chrisitanity, because it iis impossible to compare pious lives.

Technically, Jesus. But I think any one of the apostles (deciples) because doesn't God love everyone equally? But anyways, there's no real answer, I think. One of the James's or Johns or whatever.

God is no respecter of persons, so why should we be?
But if you are talking about contributions, I would have to say Paul.
Writing two thirds of the New Testament is pretty big.
