I have an issue with Iran marrying off girls at 14 years of age. I think this is child abuse. I think people have rights, regardless of religious beliefs.
The Buddhists, I think they have some good points, like everything is related to everything else. I like to read that stuff. It lifts me up.
I think we are here to life each other up, and not tear each other down, and that is my problem with religions. Where is the Love and Nuturing?

Jesus did not found so called Christianity. Jesus was a pure person without an attachment to any institution. Jesus' legacy was usurped in the fourth century by the church/state alliance, and words were put into his mouth he never said. Christ never invited blind subservience of the masses to the authority of the church. And it must be clear that Christ would not distinguish between people of different religions, but would look at the worth of every person in their own right.

All people have free will. Christ was an enlightened being, as was the first Buddha. Can't really say much about Mohammed, but he did seem to love war a bit too much...

Jesus did not want to make Christians. he wanted people to follow the instructions of God.
Later on members for gaining "power of a society" started this imaginative conversion, stamping one as christian and non christians. They made Church and Statues of Jesus and mary, and even changed bible to suit their needs.
From following Christ they have changed to following the church... and ofcourse the church fight for superiority...

Thermal Underwear,
Jesus is the WORD of God that created everything. That's what makes Him so special. None of them other people did that.
