To say "I love you" in Hawaiian is actually "Aloha wau ia 'oe," not "Aloha wau i`a oe." You'll notice that the `okina (the backwards apostrophe) was in the wrong spot.
Vowels are pronounced as follows:
A - ah
E - eh
I - ee
O - oh
U - oo
W's can be pronounced like W or V (both are correct). Most Hawaiians I know pronounced it as V.
So, it's pronounced "Ah-loh-hah vaoo eeah oh-eh"
"wau" is a little tricky 'cause you have a diphthong...if you pronounce it right, it'll sound close to "vow."
Hope this helps!

It's pronounced 'A-lo-ha Vow ee-ah oi."
In hawaiian, when certain vows are together they make a different sound; au = ow oe = oi etc.
Otherwise, vows tend so sound as; a = ah, e= eh, i= ee, o = oh (as in post) and u= oo (as in choose) Traditionally, W's are pronounced as a V.
