send her a message tellin her how u feel.. most girls are or would be flattered to know someones got a crush on them... whats the worst that could happen, she says ewe no i dont like you and never talks to you again.. well than thats DEFFINATELY not the kind of girl you want to like!

i know its hard to do when your shy, but you gotta go up to her and tell her, its the best thing to do, if she likes you back then woo hoo...but if not, at least you wont be wondering "what if" for the rest of your life...my bf was a very shy guy and he came up and told me that he liked me, and now we've been together for 3 years...its the only thing you can really do...good luck

It's not enough to let a girl know that you like her. You have to do something that will make her like you.
Send her flowers with a love note from you.

Tell her and see what she says, let her know exactly what you think. Then see how she reacts to what you said. If you don't sence that she is in to you, then leave it alone (there is no point). If you feel that she might want to explore her feeling for you, then ask her out. Good Luck.

I couldn't tell you how to do it but definitely don't propose your heart to her when you do it...let her have an out if she doesn't feel the same way otherwise there could be an awkwardness between you too for awhile.
