ive just never heard the expression before, so for all you people who want to make rude remarks. dont, because ive honestly never heard it before.

Normally they mean that you are the most wonderful thing that they have found. They are saying that you are so wonderful that there could never be another you!

Take it as a compliment.
People claim they've "broken the mould", thus ensuring that another identical thing cannot be created.
The term comes from the manufacturing. I usually associate it with china. Breaking the mould is usually done deliberately (though it also happens accidentally too) to greatly increase the value of everything that was produced from that mould.

You use a "mold" to make things like silver jewelry. You pour hot liquid silver into the mold, then it dries in the shape of the mold, and then you take it out and you have the piece of jewelry. You use the mold over and over to make lots of identical pieces of jewelry.
If you break the mold, you can never make another piece of jewelry exactly the same.
If they "broke the mold" after they made you, that means that no one else will ever be quite like you.

It pretty much means that you are one of a kind. When they made you, they stopped at you and decided to not make any more like you. A sterling complement nonetheless.
